  • What is 'Personal Bank Transfer'?

    One of the Payment Methods we offer is Personal Bank Transfer, to which you can complete your payment using transfer from any kind of Bank to our BCA or Bank Mandiri accounts. Remember to send us your transfer proof to after completing your payment, so we can dispatch your Camani product at the soonest.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Regionally, we use SiCepat Regular, which will deliver your order in 1 to 2 days after dispatch, and SiCepat BEST, which will deliver your order the next day.

    For Jakarta addresses, we offer Same Day Service with a flat rate. Errors in selecting the Same Day Service in areas outside Jakarta will result in unprocessed orders.

    Please note that there will be no deliveries on Sundays. Public Holidays dispatches will be announced accordingly.
